Right of withdrawal. 
No transaction is complete until you have tested and are satisfied with your order and you have a two-week period in order to do so. At extremeclothing, we would want our customers to be completely satisfied or receive their money back! As a customer, if you do not wish to accept a new proposed deadline in the event of a delay, you have the right to cancel your order with no cost.

We follow The National Board's recommendations
If you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered, there is a two week right of return period after you receive the goods. Customers can open the package in order to verify the contents. You always have the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock. The two week right of return period applies to all products except underwear or products that have been used. As a customer, you are obliged to organize the return of goods if you are dissatisfied in any way. Once we have received the returned item and agreed that it not damaged, we reimburse the cost within 30 days, including any fees.



Delivery times. 

Normally, the delivery time of goods is 2-7 working days. Should your order not be sent in time due to errors, we will contact you and you have the right to cancel your order. extremeclothing will always send an order confirmation email to the address which you provided to us before we sent the goods to you. Our packages are sent by Posten AB, UPS or DHL. 
 
Transport Damage 
If the package (or the contents) is damaged when you receive it, report this immediately to our Customer Services. 
 
Shipping Costs 
When purchasing items costing less than 150 EUR, the cost of shipping is 12 EUR. For any orders above 150 EUR, Fashiongate offers customers a free shipping. The minimum amount per order is 30 EUR. 
 
Exchange and the right of return 
You have full return and exchange rights within 14 days from the day you received your order, provided that you have not used the product. You may, of course, try on your product in order to ensure that it suits you! The return and exchange law does not apply to underwear, Swimwear and perfume. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you have to pay the return shipping cost. Once we receive the goods and accept that they are not damaged, we will reimburse the full amount including any fees paid. If you have ordered more products than the one you have returned, we will not reimburse the fees (this is due to the fact that the charges are the same regardless of how many items you order). The product should be returned in the same condition as when you bought it. All returned goods must be packaged in a plastic bag or cardboard box. Do not return items by simply placing an address label onto the original packaging. If the item becomes damaged we will not repay the full amount of the purchase price. 
 
For exchanges, returns or complaints, Fashiongate adheres to the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce.
 
 

Security 

With regards to registration and ordering, you agree by law that we can store and use your personal information in our business database in order to meet our commitment to you. Fashiongate protects your personal data under the Data Protection Act. You always have the right to see your personal data that is registered with us. If it is in any way incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to alter the data as you wish. extremeclothing uses an encrypted data transmission system. Payments and personal details are viewed via secure pages (SSL) on the internet. 
 
Assortment Changes 
extremeclothing reserves the right to remove any items from an order before a purchase has been finalized. We reserve the right that products can be out of stock. extremeclothing reserve the right for any typographical errors which may occur in the text on our website. We give no guarantee that all of the images accurately to 100% reflect the true appearance of our products. extremeclothing also reserves the right to adjust any prices and any other errors. 
 
Force majeure 
In the event of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution, insurrection, governmental action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar event, extremeclothing will be able to apply force majeure. This means that our agreement with our customers need not be fully achieved. If this occurs, we will inform you regarding the situation. In the event of any dispute, we follow the decision of the General Complaints Board. 
 
Online Payment 
You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. The goods are sent to you immediately after payment has been made.

Exchange and return 

As a customer, you have full rights of exchange & return within 14 days from which you received your order, provided that you have not used the product and that it has been returned undamaged. Understandably, we acknowledge that you have to try on the garment to see if it is suitable and fits! The Return & Exchange Law does not apply for underwear. In the case of goods which need to been returned or exchanged, it is the customer who pays the cost of the return shipping charges. Once we have received the returned product and accepted that it is undamaged, we will refund the total sum paid including any additional charges that you have incurred. If you have ordered more products than the one returned, we will not pay for the extra charges (this is due to the fact that the charges are the same amount regardless of how many products were sent in the original order). The item should be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased. However, if you have any complaint due to damaged or wrongly delivered goods, we will not charge you for the return shipping costs. We will also reimburse any payment made if the product is not in stock. NOTE! If it is not possible for us to send an exact replacement product and that no more products were placed on the same order, extremeclothing will even reimburse the original shipping charge. All goods to be returned must be sent in suitable packaging. i.e. a bag or box. If you wish to return a pair of shoes in the original packaging, please place the original box in another outer box or plastic bag. Do not return the item simply by sticking a label with Fashiongate’s return address onto the original box or packaging as the goods can easily become damaged during the postal process. If this occurs, extremeclothing will not reimburse the full amount of the products returned.

Exchange 

Check on our website to see if the product you require to exchange is in stock. Please fill in the return/exchange form stating the desired garment and size with the correct exchange code. We will endeavour to send the replacement product on the same day as it arrives in our warehouse. If you wish to exchange an item, please send it to us together with the return form. All products to be returned must be suitably packaged in a plastic bag or cardboard box. If you are returning shoes, place the original box in another box or plastic bag. Do not return the items by simply placing a label with our return address onto the original packaging. If the desired replacement item has gone out of stock when your item to be exchanged has arrived to us, we will send an email to you regarding the situation. 
 
Return 
Complete the return form included in the packaging and please do not forget to enter the reason for the return. Send the packaged item together with the return form to us. All returned items must be packaged in a suitable plastic bag or cardboard box. If returning a pair of shoes/boots/trainers, place the original shoebox into another box or plastic bag. Please do not simply fix an address label onto the original packaging as this could possibly result in the item becoming damaged and we will not reimburse you with the full amount paid for the item. You will pay for the return postage charge back to us. Once we have received the returned product and accepted that it is undamaged, we will refund the total sum paid including any additional charges that you have incurred. If you have ordered more products than the one returned, we will not pay for the extra charges (this is due to the fact that the charges are the same amount regardless of how many products were sent in the original order).
