Common questions

What are the shipping costs?

All orders over 150 euros shipped freight free.
For orders under 150 euros will be € 12 in shipping costs.

How long is delivery time?

All orders submitted before 14:00 on weekdays ship the same day. Normally the delivery time is 1-5 days. Should your order not be sent in time for some reason we will contact you and you have the right to cancel your purchase.

Where is my order now?

In the email we sent you when the package was shipped is a package number. On www.posten.se so you can search for the package. Or email us and we will check.

How do I return an item?

Please complete the enclosed return form and send the package to the address indicated on the return form. As soon as we receive the goods, we pay out the money to you within 14 days.

My size is out of stock. Will you get it back?

we try to get it back but it is not always possible. Many of our products come as limited editions.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Absolutely as long as we have not sent the goods, we can modify or delete the order.

Exchanges & Returns

Free shipping on orders over € 150.

No business is complete before you receive your goods, tested and approved them. We therefore have 14 days purchase / withdrawal on everything which means that you can get your money back if you are not completely satisfied. (This assumes that the item is unused and undamaged.)
